John is an organized and detail-oriented realtor, able to prioritize and finish tasks effectively to ensure timely completion. He is creative, resourceful and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
For over 20 years, John has developed, staffed, managed and led children’s departments for churches of up to 2500+. He developed and managed many large scale events yearly for crowds nearing 5000 people. In addition to preaching/teaching, he has developed curriculum, designed websites, produced videos, installed and managed database systems.
Transitioning from full time ministry to Real Estate, John brings with him years of experience in helping families set goals and achieve them. He has a unique ability to help clients feel a calmness and peace during the sometimes stressful time of selling and finding a new home. He understands family dynamics and works hard to ensure that all members needs are addressed. He is a problem solver and client-focused.
John and his wife, Angel, have two children. He enjoys family gatherings, playing games and laughing together. John loves the creative side of life, of which he has designed costumes for plays, written and acted in dramas, painted murals on bedroom walls, and sang in choirs.
John is an ordained minister and has a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education.
